Booking terms & cancellation policy

These terms govern all bookings of private tours and transfers made with Go-to through this website, by email, by phone or via WhatsApp.

Prices are quoted in euros, per private vehicle (unless stated per person) and include the driver-guide, fuel, tolls, parking, entrance tickets and audioguides where mentioned on the tour page. Meals and personal expenses are not included unless stated.

The price shown on the tour page corresponds to the number of guests covered by the base rate; additional guests are charged as indicated in the booking module.

A booking request submitted on this site is confirmed once Go-to has sent a written confirmation with the pickup time and place. Payment terms are specified in that confirmation.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure, or no-shows, may be charged in full. Date changes are free of charge subject to availability.

Go-to may adapt or cancel a tour for reasons of safety, weather, strike, traffic or site closure. In such cases an alternative or a full refund is offered.

Guests undertake to be at the agreed pickup point at the agreed time. Seat belts are mandatory; approved child seats are available on request. Smoking is not permitted in the vehicle.

Itinerary timings are indicative and may vary with traffic and opening hours.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute may be submitted to a consumer mediator before any legal action.
