Privacy policy

When you send a booking request or a message, we collect your name, email address, phone number, pickup address and the details of your requested tour. This data is used solely to answer you and to organise your tour.

Processing is based on the performance of the service you request and on our legal accounting obligations. Booking data is kept for the legal accounting period; simple enquiries are deleted after 24 months.

Data is never sold. It is shared only with the technical providers needed to run this website and, where relevant, with a partner driver assigned to your tour.

This site uses only the technical storage required to remember your language choice and your cart. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.

Under the GDPR you may access, correct, delete or port your data, and object to its processing. Write to contact@go-to.paris; you may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
